Production time depends on the product, quantity and complexity of the design. Your order timeline begins once all details and payment have been confirmed.

Urgent orders may be possible depending on our production schedule, stock availability and the type of personalisation required. Contact us before ordering so we can confirm.

A proof will be provided for custom orders where approval is needed. Once a proof is approved, changes may no longer be possible after production begins.

Screen colours can vary between devices. Printed colours may also differ slightly depending on the material, product finish and printing process used.

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery costs AED 25 for orders below AED 150. Orders of AED 150 or more qualify for free UAE delivery.

Delivery time is separate from production time. Once dispatched, timing depends on the courier and destination. Courier delays are outside our control.

Collection may be available by prior arrangement. Contact us before placing your order to confirm the available collection details.

Personalised and custom-made products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded because they are produced specifically for the customer.
